Researched the Great Recession for 14 years and created various socioeconomic theories including the law paradigm, the rule of change, and the optimal monetary system.

Created a guidance documentation titled “How to Report Actual Cost Adjustment” for the actuaries and the programmers in multibillion dollar companies to resolve an issue that’s been ongoing for over 2 ½ years throughout the United States.

Gained access to the notification files and the response files on IBM mainframe using TSO and DB2A, creating efficiency and reducing dependency between different levels of departments.

Performed Level III EDI cost data and file transmission error analysis in a major government program.

Detected eligibility count and threshold limit logic programming error in a government program.

Created a simplified method for formatting the CSV file in a government program and reduced the average troubleshooting time from 45 minutes to 7 minutes.
